Tuesday	May	6	Diabetes Self-Management Classes: The Nassau County Health Department is offering a series of four, two-hour diabetes classes on April 15th, 22nd, 29th, and May 6th from 6:00-8:00 pm. The classes are offered at two locations. Live at the Hilliard Clinic of the Nassau County Health Department, 37203 Pecan Street, Hilliard, and a satellite broadcast to the Fernandina Beach Clinic of the Nassau County Health Department, 1620 Nectarine Street. Registration fee is $20. Lab work (total cholesterol, HDL, blood glucose, and hemoglobin A1c) is available for an additional fee of $20. Please plan on attending all four classes.
