  • Walk with Me
    Physical Activity and Nutrition Education
    (walk for 50 minutes)
    2 days a week at 2 locations: 
    Mondays – Yulee  8:30am to 9:30am
    Wednesdays- Yulee 8:30am to 9:30am
  • Medicare
    Understanding how Medicare works and how to select health and drug plans that work for you
  • Parent and Divorce Class
    This is a 4 hour state mandated class for those who are divorcing in Florida and who have children. Cost $20
  • Budgeting
    Money Matters is a class that provides “hands on” activities to help you set up a budget, provides skills to manage your money, and helps you learn how to balance your income with expenses
  • SafeStaff
    Food Safety training and certification for people who prepare food that is for sale to the public. Cost $20
  • Guiding Good Choices
    Parenting skills class (4 modules) for parents with children in grades 4 thru 7th.  Teaches parents skills to teach kids how to walk away from drugs and alcohol, teaches parents how to set consequences with children and define the family's own value system.
