Lou Simmons' granddaughter, Brooke Simmons, with staghorn fern

August's selection for Spotlight on Nassau Gardens is this 20 year old specimen Staghorn Fern (Platycerium bifurcation) grown by Lou Simmons of Amelia Island. Lou recently gave it to her son and daughter-in-law, Van and Stacy Simmons.  Shown in the photograph is Lou's granddaughter, Brooks Simmons.
